The “Fundamentals of Good Credit” Certificate of Completion satisfies the financial and HOMEBUYER EDUCATION requirement for the TSAHC, TDHCA, Cities of Houston, Baytown, Galveston, Texas City, Beaumont & Port Arthur, Counties of Harris, Jefferson, Brazoria, Montgomery and many other Homebuyer Assistance Programs, Individual Development Account (IDA) programs & other special mortgage & foreclosure intervention programs for up to one year from date of completion.

All classes are FREE. Enrollment is open, and pre-registration is required.
